Thinking

Think-Tion Everything we do starts with our Brain……The way we Think, our Reactions and our Communication. Do we…….Think and then take Action…..or ? We may assume that Action is obvious and easy but Actions require a Thinking Process….even a simple one. Actions without Thinking are chaotic and unpredictable, but multiple modes of Thinking are required to effectively deal with Uncertainty and Change. Deciding to do something might be considered a mental Action while chaos can come from trying to use the wrong Thinking-to-Action mode. There must be an ability to produce dynamic change from leverage points in a Thinking-to-Action Model, this requires “Smart” Thinking for complex situations and the Think-tion® process. More Information   HBDI The world’s leading thinking styles assessment tool, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI™) is the assessment at the core of Herrmann International’s Whole Brain® Thinking approach. Developed in the 1970s by Ned Herrmann, then a manager at General Electric, more than thirty years of research and innovation stand behind the validity of the HBDI™. More Information   6 Thinking Hats The de Bono Hats system (also known as "Six Hats" or "Six Thinking Hats") is a thinking tool for group discussion and individual thinking. Combined with the idea of parallel thinking which is associated with it, it provides a means for groups to think together more effectively, and a means to plan thinking processes in a detailed and cohesive way. The method is attributed to Dr. Edward de Bono and is the subject of his book, Six Thinking Hats. More Information   Direct Attention You can become more perceptive!
