Similar to the premise of a Book Club is the experience of a “Share-Module” but much stronger creating original thinkers that can change the world they live in.

Your Team, Leaders or Group after reading Cyndi Crother’s material on GREATNESS found in Catch!: A Fishmonger's Guide to Greatness. will be guided and facilitated thru cross talk discussions where everyone becomes a thought leader as a participant. This dialog will be mapped into your organizational situation to reinforce practical relevance balanced against the understanding for how to create a workplace or environment that’s Fun and focused on allowing everyone to explore individual GREATNESS.

What is needed?

A person, agency, government department, or institution to organize a Share-Module, to provide a venue with audio-visual equipment, refreshments, Sharing-Module and Workshop advertising, photocopying of handouts, processing of enrolment fees, and any other administrative tasks.

THE COST - there are two options
For both options we arrange and pay for the costs of our own travel and accommodation.

Option 1 [1/2 Day Greatness Outbrief]
We charge a set fee for the Share-Module. This fee is based upon a ½ day format. The relevant areas for dialog and discussion are openly completed by the participant's during the session.

Cost = $750. Plus travel and accommodations

Option 2 [1 Day Greatness Outbrief]
We charge a set fee for the Share-Module and Workshop. This fee is based upon a one day format. The development of areas that lead to collaborative discussion and exchange are discussed off-line by the team leader and Fesserdorff Consultants prior to the workshop to assure that organizational situations are explored accurately.

Cost = The fee is $1500. plus travel and accommodations
