The THINKn Synergy Workshop format is designed to bring specific problems,
issues or challenges into either a 1-day or a 2-1/2 day format. The
workshop is typically 5-8 mixed team members consolidated into an "innovation
team" that balances the desired innovation diversity. At an Innovation
Workshop a mood of discovery and positive energy creates
ground-breaking synergistic ideas.

What is Needed:
A person, agency, government department, or institution to organize a
workshop, to provide a venue with audio-visual equipment, refreshments,
workshop advertising, photocopying of handouts, processing of
enrolment fees, and any other administrative tasks.
THE COST - there are two options
For both options we arrange and pay for the costs of our own travel and
accommodation.
Option 1 [1 day THINKn Synergy Workshop]:
We charge a set fee for the
workshop. This fee is based upon a single day format. The problem definition
and focus statement development are completed by the participant's
during the workshop.
Cost = $1500. Plus travel and accommodations
Option 2 [2 ½ day THINKn Synergy Workshop]:
We charge a set fee for the
workshop. This fee is based upon a two ½ day format. The problem definition
and focus statement development are completed collaboratively and
off-line by the innovation team leader and Fesserdorff Consultants prior to
the workshop.
Cost = The fee is $5000. plus travel and accommodations
